Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the website and services provided by Scrypt Automation Pte Ltd.

1. Services

Scrypt Automations provides AI workflow automation, customer engagement tools, and consulting to SME clients in Singapore.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during onboarding
• Ensure customer data shared with us is collected lawfully
• Obtain required consents for automated messaging
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

3. Fees and Payment

Setup fees are due prior to implementation. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and due within 14 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Workflow designs and systems built by Scrypt remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. Client data remains the client's property at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We will export your data and delete it from our systems within 30 days of termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
